A true heart sinker, this gown had me giddy from day one of the design creation. I knew it was going to feel special and majestic. Like the soft movement of the clouds in the sky, this gown has layers of bouncy tulle that feels like Heaven. PS it’s petticoat-less so Star is super lightweight and airy!
The entire Fall 2018 collection was inspired by the concept of Star. From the horsehair hemline, which gives a perfectly polished look, to the scrolling embroidery motifs on the bodice, this gown is beautifully balanced. Lustrous beading provide just the right amount a sparkle on the bodice as Star’s full skirt evolves from a pale blue to dusty grey. This ombre effect is one of my favorites to incorporate in design (if you couldn’t tell already). Just watch it twinkle!
A gown for various body types, Star features a gorgeous V neckline that curves softly around the neckline with thin straps that mirror in the back. You won’t ever want to take this beauty off! Especially since it has pockets… I mean, what else does a girl need?
